Refunds
If you are not satisfied with our app or service, you can request a refund within 3 days of your purchase. To be eligible for a refund:
- The request must be made within 3 days of the purchase.
- Proof of purchase must be provided.
Process
To request a refund, please contact our support team at support@social-detox.com with your order details. We will review your request and notify you of the status of your refund within 5 business days.
Approved Refunds
If your refund is approved, we will initiate a refund to your original method of payment. You will receive the credit within a certain number of days, depending on your card issuer’s policies.
